Envy and covetousness is a sin. Liberals should stop worrying over someone having more than them. This is a rich country, even the poor are wealthy compared to people in most of the world.

Unlike your fellow liberals, I don't consider my success to be dependent on whether the rich get richer and by how much.

If that tendency will be on the decline in the near future, that would be good news. Would that appease the self-loathing liberals out there who don't know how good they have it? Not a chance.
