IMHO, there's still a long way to go both in software and hardware. Current iPad could definitely use some more horsepower and RAM.

I agree with you as well on the hardware level.

Double the ram, speed up the processor, improve the screen resolution, add a camera for FaceTime.

If they do that at the minimum I think it will sell quite well.

We will all know for sure on Tuesday.

Yeah I suppose. But for what I use it for, like reading your post or typing this one, IMHO its better than my PC or my one year old Mac, both with much more horsepower. And I'm sitting back on the couch with it on my lap, not sitting at a desk. easy and relaxed....
