As are the English rules. Again it is very rare to find a gringo that can speak (and I mean really speak) Spanish while Hispanos find it easy and quick to pick up English. A lot of the talking about Hispanics is really done without knowing much about them. I have lived with them, gone out with them (speaking Spanish), slept with the women (and they are incredibly good in bed). I have watched them pick up English without breaking a sweat while the Gringos just sit around going duh. Most gringos are completely incapable of mastering(I mean truly mastering not just a few words of pigeon Spanish) Spanish.
