Elmat builds infra in Africa and the governments thought their electorates would seat quietly?

The Internet and mobile networks enabled 'shadow players', 'agent provocateurs' to shake the populaces and raise against their plutocrats.

The Chinese finds this to be a huge opportunity to send MORE USD to Africa to finance MORE infrastructure. The new regimes need all the USD diverted to Africa to prop their positions.

Next will come the copycats and will attempt the same coups in Sub-Saharan Africa. Dynamics of power is changing fast.
