Ubuntu was killing me one time, every time it did a kernel upgrade, it would break the dual boot. It was eventually fixed, but it got old pretty quick.

It's a little slower to boot, but you can now put Ubuntu on a thumb drive and but from it, never messing with your Windows computer. I can't tell a difference once it loads surfing the Internet. And if you enable "persistence" when you create it, it will save everything so you don't have to start from scratch each time.
