Jas, I noticed NOC web page got updated recently. They have two
more year 2k clients. Of course this doesn't necessarily mean they
will be using MD services, but I suspect that since NOC is TA for MD,
that they would be using them down the road.

It looks to me like market retested lows today and we are headed
back up again. Lots of bargains out there :).
