David, Have you noticed the peso has been in a slow decent to the dollar,it now stands at 8.39/dollar. This also will help the bottom line next quarter. Hard to see this stock falling below book value.

I spoke to the CFO,Carlos Martens,today.I have summarized our conversation. 1.Two of the 3 acquisitions are still very active.In fact,Martens was going to a Mexican facility to do due diligence.The acquisition of a $40-60 million company with low volume manufacturing + design capability is also on the front burner. 2.The loss of a major customer($11 million per year) made a contribution to October's sales and a minor contrbution to November's sales. 3.Goldman Sachs and Alex Brown are following the company. 4.The 2 Emerson projects are ramping-up.I gather that the full effect will be felt in the 2nd qtr. 5.First qtr of 98 will be under earnings pressure,2nd qtr will be better and 3rd qtr will be even better.
