Social Security is an entitlement ?
We pay and our employers pay a social security tax.
Your own charts show SS pays in 40% of the budget yet reaps only 20%.
Even in absolute dollars SS pays in more than it gets out.

Discretionary one-time items is Iraq and Afghanistan. A lot of other things are hidden to distort the military budget, such as classifying Veterans Affairs benefits programs in Other Entitlements. It's a very dishonest representation of the budget, not to mention the 850 billion dollars in tax cuts that were just subtracted from the left chart.
