Hi Jim, your PSY-chological contrary behavior patterns sounds very interesting, can you explain how it works?? I remember it worked for you with DSPC when it was down at 7 or so, now it is in the 20's. Let's hope that ANET will do the same. I did see a lot of big block buying in the 9 1/2 to 9 7/8.

Best wishes

TWC

Jim,

Just remember that continued losses may erode the cash and book value very quickly. Cash and book value provide a floor to stock prices when a stock is breaking even or making a profit.

When a company is hemoraging, you may discover that the book value that you counted on to provide a floor has disappeared.

Ben

been away the last 2 weeks, and, obviously, had to cut quick, small loss on ANET, when it broke support suggested below $ 9., so no damage....am still going to cont. watching it out of corner of my eye, and, when/if it forms an "exhaustion bottom on higher volume", it may shape up again....many depressed Techs forming same pattern, and likely pot. tax-selling bounces are ahead, but I need to see a better bottom formation first....congrats to those of you who stayed bearish from 9. recently....it just shows, that having a ton of cash is not always a good future price predictor, by itself....FYI, I also had WKGP, similarly, recently, for a small loss, with it's tons of cash ....this loss is rare, but we never fight the tape, nor the break.... best wishes to all,
