What are the chances that Gaddafi will surrender? I think slim to none. Would he take up golf? I think when he saw Saddam hanged the memory stalls any thoughts of surrender.

I don't see it. Where would he go? He'd be a hunted man. He's also such an egomaniac, I suspect he'll want to go down fighting.

Yes, the normal refuge of the deposed dictator, Saudi Arabia, is closed to him because he tried to have King Abdullah assassinated in 2007.
