Hello! Cheryl, I noticed that this is only the fifth day since you took the initiative to start this new/informative thread for FAMH! Through your diligence and initiative there have already been 49 postings contributed by various FAMH Participants! The leadership that you have brought to this thread has set a very high standard and expectation level for all participants! I think the leadership you have demonstrated will challenge each and every one of us to give careful and well thought out scrutiny to our thread contributions! ( Hopefully making it a win-win situation for all concerned!). In my personal opinion you have demonstrated a leadership quality that is very difficult to find in this day and age, and that is leadership by example! Let me share an example with you! When an FAMH thread participant ( be it myself or someone else!) - asks if someone could phone the company for an information update - the next thing we find out is , here is Cheryl, back with a timely update, to be shared by all on this thread! I'm sure it would have been just as easy for Cheryl to say , " why doesn't someone else phone for a change?", --But No! -she just leads by example and gets the task completed!--and then reports back her findings! From me personally ( and I have a hunch that there are a lot of people out there who feel the same!)-- I would like to sincerely thank you for taking on the role as our fearless leader of this thread! With you at the helm , I feel confident and comfortable that you will inspire each and everyone one of us to also " turn over some rocks!" to seek out any meaningful information that can add to the already professional format that you have brought to this thread!
