Daniel - the first question from a bank/VC guy would be about the experience of management in advanced materials and sporting goods.
In Jim's case it would be nada, nothing - so farewell Jim.
The only manager left with any experience in the market is Mike Buck and he has been demoted back to VP of Sales & Marketing in Monday's PR. ( He was GM of Golf Divn. previously)

Daniel,

I don't think he even had access to option 2! I don't think a bank would loan him anything right now. I think he had two options: 1. issue more shares 2. go out of business. My point was I prefered option 1 to 2.

And don't get me wrong Daniel. I am not in love with the stock. There are many things wrong with it. Mainly management seems to make very poor decisions. But I am just tired of the bashing. First, the company is doing better than it was in the past. Second, it is a penny stock and everyone knows the risks.

I am just as disappointed with the decisions and problems with QDRX as anyone on this thread, but I don't think 'the sky is falling'.

Brent

PS Today is another example of poor decision making. Announce to the world earnings will be out on the 13th. Do they show up? No.
