LOL, but no, Barry, it's where a person can recognize any voice anywhere, even if you never met that person before, even if you can't understand the language in which they speak! It's kinda like an electronic Babel fish, and INTEL HAS IT! Or at least Michael says they do, and that's good enuff fer me! Usually.
