Yes, but here is one problem I am aware of with wash sales:

Their wash sales computations seem to be correct (the bottom line in the .PDF and .XLS worksheet matches my spreadsheets, after adjusting for suspended wash sales losses from 2009, and the ones carried forward into 2011). But when I downloaded the .TXF file and imported it into an empty TurboTax return, the suspended losses from 2009 got subtracted & added, for a net $0 adjustment (it should be negative, to apply the suspended losses). This is because the few imported records from 2009 have a + sales amount, 0 cost, for a net gain. Deleting those records (3 in my case) in TurboTax fixed the problem.

TT has a handy screen that lets you review & edit the imported data before it goes into Sched D.
