I haven't seen that take place with medical use being legal.

In fact, with cannabis as an option, the majority of, legal, major opiate addicts give up the opiates with help from the cannabis.

By legal, I mean things like Oxycontin Vicodin and those kind of blessed, "good" drugs.

A new report was issued that showed the rate of growth of health care costs is falling. The report ignored the impact medical marijuana, in fifteen states, has on health care costs. Legalize it nationwide and health care costs would fall.

There would be some that would sell more hard drugs. I saw sell more, because they probably already sell the hard drugs. It's what takes place when cannabis is forced to be in the same marketplace as those hard drugs. With no profit incentive in the cannabis, these criminals will go for the money.

Most folks that I know have cleaned up their act. Before it didn't matter. After all it was all illegal. Now they have the opportunity to be law abiding citizens. Most are happy to be there and do things like avoid drugs that would cause jail time.
