I agree that some will. But that would be limited to those that already deal in the other substances.

There are those that are in the business of cannabis only. Those would likely work at being legal.

As I've seen with many people. As has been the experience of a couple of countries that have taken bold steps.

The only thing that links cannabis with hard drugs is the legal system.
