The price did seem fixed at 2 1/2 today. IMHO that was due to either FIBR purchasing at that price, OR PAR SELLING AT THAT PRICE!

It could be both because Par has to sell in the open market as per the filing!!!

<<Why are they not buying Osicom's shares at these low prices? Are all
insiders broke? Are others who know Osicom's products broke? I do not know the
story!!>>

Well in regards to people beta testing the product and theoretically liking it and going out to their broker and buying shares, would that really move the stock that much with so many shares out there and many people selling for tax losses and/or sick of the damn stock?? In many cases its institutions (pensions/mutual funds/trusts/etc) that move a stock, not you or I. And I doubt any institutions will touch this one until some proven POSITIVE earnings/revenue growth is shown.

Furthermore, probably many of them who DO BELIEVE in the company (the small guys) used a lot of their capital when the company went from $6 to $3 overnight a few months ago. Maybe there are IN and their money is now tied up and they dont have more to use. We dont all have infinitately deep pockets...

Im not saying any of this is happening or people in the know arent in fact selling.. I just think you have to really try to be realistic when you think about how much the little guy (i.e. a beta tester at NASA or the factory worker at a Osicom plant) or whoever else can move this stock.

At this point we just have to wait until 4Q and if they dont show serious improvement at that point, then we probably have a penny stock.

Still long,
Mark
