It takes a lot to stop a Toyota: stuff.co.nz

After all the whining about Toyota's unintended acceleration by dopey drivers who don't know how to drive and put their foot on the accelerator instead of the brake, and don't keep the floor mat out of the way, it's nice to see a Toyota get through the earthquake and keep on going. No doubt some of the so-called unintended acceleration was people explaining to police why they were going so fast - "It wasn't me officer, it was the car."

People are pathetic these days. A major disaster and some idiots are still whining that the car didn't have the right inspection certificate and that the windscreen was damaged.
