*options*
Thanks for the note. I'm tracking right with you. That's why I didn't buy any Feb30s at the prices offered today. If we dip 2-3 pts for any reason in the next two weeks, I WILL be buying Feb30s at $2+/-1/4. If we spike up I'll dump my Dec25s. Gotta love this stock! My feeling is that we should be at 32-34 by Feb options expiration in the abscence of unexpected news, good or bad. I'm hoping for a true earnings surprise, if only we(IOM-LOL!) can keep up with demand. I think both external and OEM sales will be great this Christmas season. My new Dell catalog had many sku#s with zip as standard. Dell offers only IOM aftermarket storage upgrades.
I think/hope that the announcements today will lead to greater institutional purchases and continue to strengthen shareholder base. Many, many shares were sold between 25 and 28, and not all to traders. Now, with the split announcement, these possibly nervous/weak "new" shareholders have one more enticement to stick around. My friend may be buying back the covered Nov30s he sold about two weeks ago to take advantage of the split. He'll then have twice the leverage on his next round of covered call selling. I know all too well(LOL) what large per share premiums IOM call buyers can be convinced to pay at the right time.
Thanks for the updates throughout the day.
