I think Warren Buffet said it best when he was interviewed a couple months ago. Some people choose to make their "contributions" through the government, others choose to make them "directly". HE chooses to make them directly because he feels he can do a better job of allocating resources than the government can. TALK ABOUT A SLIP! A competent journalist would have split him from head to toe on that remark. What you people want is for the REST OF US to follow YOUR rules. You want OUR money but you don't REALLY want to put YOUR money on the line. Hypocrisy. No other word for it.
