Contact Joanna Fallone at the Ontario Securities Commission in Toronto by phone and by mail: 416-593-8304 Box 55, Suite 1700, 20 Queen Street West, Toronto Ontario, Canada M5H 3S8. Register your complaint with them. If charges are laid against the individuals involved in the insider trade, then we proceed to step 2. Step 2 would be to "FOCUS ON THE SUIT" There must be some logic in proof of loss before a claim can be made. BTW I went to the Milberg site. I have not seen anything to indicate a suit. Have you sent in your request? Please show me where I can join in? Where is the specific link for the Corel suit? What information did you give to them so I may use this as reference to my request?
