Interesting development......some of the condo bldgs in Seattle and Bellevue that still have available units are holding auctions to clear out inventory. And its proving to be very effective tool. The buyers are coming out of the woodwork in droves. I hope its sign that this Spring will be a good one for house sales.

Cash-only home sales rise in California

All-cash buyers grabbed a record 30.9% share of California house and condo sales in January. In Southern California's most expensive communities, cash deals now account for as much as two-thirds of home sales.
