anyone can denounce anyone.. extreme care required ... TBS.. oftentimes we'd detain someone red-handed with a VBIED (Car Bomb) under manufacture. But we'd want to know if there were other "labs" or who the actual "engineer" (expert) was that was guiding the building of these bombs.. We catch someone red-handed, I say all holds are off when it comes to harsh interrogation if we think the information will save lives. Somewhere we developed the cultural flaw that a criminal's rights are more sacred that those of the people he/she seeks to victimize. Hawk
