Another thing to watch, is whether non-Chinese solar companies are going to be excluded. And whether Europe and the U.S. will retaliate. I could see a situation, where the U.S. government says to China, "Let FSLR win some big Systems contracts in China, or we'll put a tariff on Chinese-made solar panels."
