The margin examples and a number on this topic need to learn to take a loss and get out. Never take more than a 10% loss on a stock never have more than 10-15% capital in a stock.

Buy and holders are like the examples, they live on hope/wishes. I suppose if they sold loosers, they wouldn't have anything to talk about.

You aren't investing. You are in an auction, where value is established by the last trade. And please don't think that the last trade was done in a logical manner or even considered the reasons that this topic and CNBC speaks to. I don't know what 1/2 the companies I trade do for a living, I never have seen if it mattered.
