There seems to be a dark power at work here---a pattern is emerging-
Yesterday, in abject despair as the market sank with my little stocklings on board, I put on my wellworn shopping Pappagallos and headed for the mall, where I purchased several hundred dollars worth of kitchen cushions, placemats, napkins, and barstool covers. Dan walked in last night, looked around horrified, and said, "Why did you buy all this?" to which I replied with what I thought was a perfectly logical explanation, "Because I lost 10000 today in the market."

Today as the market again plummeted, I packed up everything, and probably at about the same time that you put on your boots, I returned everything, after which I went to WalMart and bought trash compactor bags. When I got home, the market had turned!
Don't you think that means something? Something profound to do with shoes and work and returning merchandise, I don't know.

Never mind.

Boots, yes. Red Wing Irish Setters, make ya feel like kicking excrement from here to Manitoba. And although Sir Alex may be absolutely correct in his theorization of future price action, I believe that signs of life are crucial in bad times; makes one remember why investments were made in the first place.

BTW, anyone notice that CYTO is getting a new CEO who wants to turn the company into a business? ZOWIE!!!
