Gray County spent nearly $1 million seeking the death penalty against Levi King, who pleaded guilty...

Maybe the cost needs to be reduced. Again, I'm referring to criminals for which their is irrefutable evidence that they are guilty of the violent crime they are charged with (video surveillance, captured with gun/knife in hand, standing over the body.. etc)

There should be no reason these sorts of criminals receive extended appeals.

But I do have concerns where we've seen suppressed DNA evidence presented that exonerated defendants.

Death penalty for "no doubt" convicts.. I'm fine with that.

Btw.. did you know that it costs upwards of $10K plus to tear down a Meth Lab, once discovered? Too many environmental and hazardous waste concerns.

Now you know why LEAs forcus on Marijuana fields.. Take down too many Meth labs and your annual police budget is shot to hell.
