It's adjustable, each side extends 1.5 inches. I don't have it extended and it fits my fat head fine. Very comfortable, I have used it for hours straight when I use to game and your ears don't get sore, also the mic is really good. Excellent sound as well. I did a Skype call on it and it was as clear as a bell. Great for all types of music. As I said I own 2 pair, I bot another pair just in case this one goes obsolete.
