Thanks for the report David, the wait will be worth it. The Drug poster on post 5000 probably started taking them after he read my story. The reason I keyed in on the electronic signiture bill this morning was the statement at the end saying they would use State of the Art Technology when it was enacted. I reasoned that IDX will have the only true state of the art security through the web.

P.S. Carey, good move!

P.S.S. James I agree, when the stock really moves, it will probably be the insiders moving it. With luck, right after the INS bill is signed because they probably already know if this is in the bag or not!

Funny, I was thinking along the same lines today about insiders. I sent a joke e-mail to Brad and spoofed that it was from Randy Fowler. I was going to send him several and make it look like they were from other board members all planning to go in and buy on the open market since their options are at 11.5. Then they would report together and generate big press from the SEC filing. This would, in my scenario, really squeeze the shorts. How can you justify being short a stock where the insiders are buying??? You can't. No Way. Period. Full Stop. End of Story.

Form 144 Filing:

<<The day an insider makes a good sized purchase is the day we hit $20 a share.....
If news is GREAT you will see insider buying before..
...Unfortunatley those things don't seem to happen to us.
.....Not Yet at least!>>

I can never tell if these registrations on Form 144 are buys or sells, but there was a Form 144 filed yesterday for a registration on 11/10/97... broker was Lehman Brothers... registrant was Daniel F. Maase -- Officer...43,666 shares registered.

Anyone know how to interpret this? James, is this the day we go to $20?
