Climate change IS to blame for heavy snow this winter, say scientists

Just as it will be for the rain, that falls mainly on the plain, in Spain.. later this year.. lol

The climate changes 4 times a year in most places on the planet.. They're called "seasons".. ;0)

But, he does raise an interesting point. If there was an excess of water vapor in the atmosphere that was precipitated as snow due to to colder temperatures, will there be warmer temperatures to re-vaporize that water into the atmosphere later this summer?

There may be.. I think it all depends on how active the Sun is.
