I am a little bit unsure about the Pellegrino report. What does Perrier say? renewableenergyworld.com Gaas Fets have been around for a while, and also optoelectronics. This is supposed to be a marriage of the two at some comparable scale, heat, power usage as standard CMOS. Who knows?
