Sorry, I didn't make a mental note and can't help. IBM seems to have a joint venture with practically every chipmaker or company that would like to be a chipmaker. Odds are it's different.

I have a hard copy of the "SVG Claims Contract Coercion" story in front of me. It appeared on EBN's site 8/15/96, but is no longer archived. No mention of Siemens in this story.
