Perhaps we'll be told that settling was the smart move since the suit had become such a huge distraction. Plus, it ultimately benefits shareholders by preventing further company resources and legal expenses being squandered defending against the trivial amount they'll hint was settled for.

Now the company and it's supporters can finally focus on what really matters: threatening to sue anonymous internet message board posters!
