If you check INTC's recent press releases, you'll probably get some insight as to where their brilliant idea came from.

I suspect that the penny stock has a very short list of applicable patents. My guess would be zero.

CK, that evaluation release [226 pages] is so heavily redacted that I doubt anybody can evaluate it. I couldn't even if it was complete.
