Without prejudice also indicates it can be adjudicated again by the court if the apparent settlement is not completed.

Kaplanis Lawsuit

Calling the Kaplanis voluntary dismissal a victory for JBI is very premature. Most case are withdrawn voluntarily due to a SETTLEMENT. It is very rare for a platiff to voluntarilly withdrawl a case with no settlement. (sic)

Seems like a logical conclusion:

Quote:

Extract:

NOTICE OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Please take notice that pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff Michael Kaplanis hereby voluntarily dismisses his action in this matter without prejudice with the Court retaining jurisdiction to enforce settlement.

Without prejudice also indicates it can be adjudicated again by the court if the apparent settlement is not completed.

That fraudulent stock brochure, made by a JBI shareholder has been around for a while now and I know the SEC and Dept of Justice know about it because I reported it among other things to them.

Have they made any arrests in the JBI case yet? That fraudulent stock brochure, made by a JBI shareholder has been around for a while now and I know the SEC and Dept of Justice know about it because I reported it among other things to them. To date over $10 million has been lost in this stock. Should be up there on the feds list by now.
