I've read things about Adobe Flash player giving people problems with youtube when using FF.

There are some suggestions..like this..

google.com

If you don't feel like going though that process you might think about downloading Chrome (it comes with the latest version of Flash Player loaded) and trying it..only takes a few minutes to download and install.

I'm currently using Chrome and not having any problems with youtube.

I've read other suggestions that say using Adobe's uninstaller and reverting to an earlier version of Flash solves the problem for some. If you want to try that I can get you a link to the recommended earlier version of Flash Player .
