Well, one reason CSCO, AMAT, INTC haven't gone up as much this bull market: they didn't go down as much in the recession. Ballast is what a sailing ship needs, to keep from capsizing in high winds; but ballast makes it go slower. CSCO, AMAT, INTC are ballast for stock portfolios.

ASML, CYMI are on the list

I think more than anything, it is early.

IBM has done just fine repeating new highs.

Not many IBM's out there.

I think Intel is no doubt late on risc/arms chips.

I do not count them out.

With the right design and featuring McAffe protection updateable at night or real time,they could redefine faster and last longer - WITH SECURITY,and redefine the best,as Apple has done of late.

That's an attractive proposal,and I believe they can build it more efficiently than ANYONE!!

They are late however.
