I found it. Several reports say Agilent gave a very favorable update at its analyst meeting on Thursday. Note the target from the iH&S pattern...

Stocks in the Spotlight Friday

Agilent rose. Marvell, Monster Worldwide and Madison Square Garden fell.

Agilent Technologies (A)

Shares of the measurement company rose 9.2% in the wake of Agilent's analyst day.
Credit Suisse analyst William Stein wrote that "Agilent presented a new financial model" and that "the updated model is easy to understand, and is based on slightly faster revenue growth and more variable contribution margin." Stein, who rates Agilent at Outperform, added that Agilent remains the top pick in the testing and measurement sector.
