The spring buying season has just started and sales look pretty brisk so far. I have seen a number of condos sell towards the high end of valuations in the last few weeks alone. One of them had been on the sale for a few month because the asking price was way too high relative to other units.

Once you move out the Vancouver metro area price drop to more acceptable levels on a relative basis. Compared to other cities the prices are stil high, but compared to metro Vancouver it is at least accessible.
