My exact thoughts! Who is going to enforce the Judge's ruling and how long will it take? In the mean time, the 26 states that filed for exemption can ignore it and the other 24 states can go right on ahead and act like it is the law of the land.

What if the Obama administration decides to ignore Judge Vinson's ruling?

Then we're presented with a constitutional crisis where the Executive Branch is knowingly implementing and enforcing an unconstitutional law. If nothing is done about it, we are beyond the Republic.
