HBO did a documentary on the band RUSH. As they are part of your generation I was unaware of the early years when they were opening for KISS. Apparently their earlier work (up to/before Fly by Night) was liked by KISS but then they changed direction a bit with their later albums (Hemispheres etc). But more to the point - the funny piece was that Gene Simmons was talking about the nights in the hotel. He would be banging chicks all the time and didn't understand those Canadians. RUSH members weren't doing anything with women - they just went back to their hotel rooms and watched TV. LOL! Good show.
