Mike: If you notice the mention of "standard financing" if quadrax can acquire cash by normal channels instead of dilution,it will have a more positive effect on price of stock,short of large contract.If you get a chance.Have your broker call a few market makers and see what they think will make this stock move up in price-it won't be what the CEO gets paid or revenues.
