My posting of the concept of time constant is not just a partisan jab at the true believers of Don Quixote. It is a principal fact that needs to be part of the discussion of transition to the future. An understanding of this concept would lead one to support an "all of the above" approach that maintains the present while preparing for the future - whatever that may be. Being delusional to think that we can trash the present and jump to the future is simply stupid. I do not know how else to say it. The ruin of the last two years is all around us as proof. I am hopeful that in many ways Don Quixote has learned and is changing his approach. Let us all hope that is the case. Bob
