It is no secret that Ancor and Brocade are the finalists for the SUN business. I have spoken to a FC decision maker at SUN on a few occasions. He has spoken very highly of both Ancor and Brocade. After the MKII was announced, he did say that Ancor had the technology lead.
I can guarntee you that the decision has not been made, but will probably be made by Xmas. Some speculate that SUN with go with 2 vendors.

The big question is Does Brocade have a real working version of FC-AL. People who saw their demo at Interop in Atlanta said it was not real and was staged.

It is also no secret that Ancor has 4 asics controlling 16 ports, and Brocade has 14 asics that control 16 ports. Latency and Cost appear to be well in Ancors favor.

It is also no secret that Brocade has political ties to SUN. How does that saying go "It is not what you know, but who you know".

Do not count Ancor out of the SUN demo at Comdex. The key to FC future is going to be interoperability (sp?).
