I am also very sorry about your cat. I lost a cat last year that I had for 17 years. I still can't talk about it with anyone. Your cat was lucky to have such a nice home for so many years. I hope that at some point, you adopt another one who needs a home. It's not the same as the old cat, but helping another one does make you feel better.

Best wishes.

I'm very sorry for your loss. My cat, Paszlo, died at 16 five or six years ago. I still tear up thinking about him. It's amazing how attached you get to a silly thing like a cat after such a long time.

Just be good to yourself. Give yourself permission to take things a little easier for a while. And remember that she had a good, long life.

RE: *OT* Condolences

Roger,

So sorry about your cat. The last three cats I lost
all died in my arms, each at about age fifteen. Bummer.

Our current two cats, E.T. and Ellie, also send their
condolences.

In sympathy from another bigtime cat lover, Tom (long IOM)
