lol yeah, but no. MIT degree is specific. How one interprets the CFO's words relative to a private offering is not specific and I still stand by my opinion that he was asked about present time and tried to tap-dance/finesse the answer for the sake of "perception" molding.

In all fairness, it would kind of put a damper on the AGM if he confessed to an unexpected dilution-- so I get the tap-dance desire...
