I think your idea of a meeting with Cymer is a good one. I've sent you the number of shares I own via email. I'd like to suggest that you involve the company's PR firm as part of this. Seems to me they could use the event as a way to get some good story placement, in which they could tout the company's strengths. They could also help with the 'spin control', lest some financial writer interpret this as some sort of shareholder's revolt. A meeting of this sort would be a first, as far as I can tell.

By the way, if you can get permission to record the meeting and can get me a tape (I'm in San Diego), I'll make a transcript for posting here.

>>>Style Pts: Do you know how to put a link on the AOL Cymer thread that would directly connect our bretheren over there to here?<<<

I could place a link to this thread so they could read our posts directly from their board, but there is no way for them to post messages unless they are members. After I get done catching up on these posts here, I'll be signing back on to AOL and checking out any responses to my post. I will then begin tallying the shares over there and inform you of the sum.

I believe the faxes are important for a couple reasons: it lends far more credibility towards a meeting when you have signatures of actual shareholders and their declared positions, along with their agreement for you to speak on their behalf. I believe the company has on record, who owns their shares, correct? This helps erase any doubt that some people could be "fudging" their position size. Also, these faxes will give you an accurate accounting of all shares you are representing as well as give you hard proof of our support -- signatures go a long way, just as in the case you wanted to speak to your congressman.

As for the fax itself, we need someone with experience in drafting up such a form (how it should appear) to type one up and post it to this thread, leaving the "Name", "#shares", and "signature", lines blank. Then this can be printed, simply filled out, and faxed directly to your fax #. I would create this form myself, but I am not sure how it would appear...could someone who does, please step forward?
