Hmmm! first real estate boom I lived through as a homeowner arrived shortly after I did in Toronto some 25 years ago.. home prices quoted daily... each street corner had a couple of different real estate newspaper boxes.. the median home price was announce hourly and its meaning explained as often ... ad nauseam.. Not so much this time here in Toronto.. Less speckies it eems in single family homes at least but huge shift to apartment condos...
