To All: A question....I went to Cymers website to get the mailing address for the company.Under the fact sheet area it mentioned the IPO of 3.4 million shares, and the secondary offering of 2 mil. That would make 5.4 mil, then the 2for1 split to equal 10.8 mil outstanding shares. I was under the impression that there were just under 30Mil outstanding shares (Hence the 1%=300,000 number) am I missing something?
