I bought a bunch of Dec 40 puts (who here sold them to me in blocks of 10?). I think that the internet stocks have not corrected like the rest of the techs, but AOL is starting the move down. I think that another month of volatility and bear trend for all techs, then it's time to back up the truck. ASND may start a nice base, but my PAIR has lost it this week. Good luck to all.

Hey everyone, I'm new to this thread, shorted at 44 3/4 to my broker's dismay yesterday due to tech's post on the quantum thread. A couple questions if anyone would be kind enough to answer: Can Yahoo make money? Would a Microsoft win against the fed do serious damage to Yahoo and its stock? Since there's a lot of shorters on this thread, If Yahoo is destined for the 30's will Netscape take the plunge also? thanks for the help. scott

How will YHOO do tomorrow?

Your guess is as good an anyones I'm sure.

IMO it's likely to spike down to $42 due to insider selling regardless of market conditions.

I may play the YHOO trading game for a while also. There are no Casinos where I live. I'll be playing it on the short side though!

Currenty HK is up and Japan is way down. I'd have to lean on the side that the market may be under some pressure in the morning, but no big deal.
